Hi there!

A Bit About Me:

I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them feel welcomed.

My earliest memories of this are when I was 5 years old and in kindergarten where I planned a mini meet-n-greet for any students who joined later in the year. I alway felt empathy for them – entering a new school and not knowing a soul. If I could, I would have created (and been the president of) the school-wide Welcome Committee.

I’m not shy…I never really have been.

I first began taking acting classes when I was in elementary school and loved performing in all types of musicals. I acted a bit in college too and was hired for training videos and commercials. In college I was a pre-law major, but now looking back, I think I really just wanted to play a lawyer on TV. My cross-examinations would have been epic with a lot of dramatic pauses and power suits!

I never went to law school.

Instead, I found a different path. I have an extensive background in training & development, corporate consulting and medical device sales. I realize now that those careers enabled me to educate others and that’s something I have always loved to do. I also went back to school to get a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership because I also love learning.

Then, I had a couple of kids and was lucky enough to pause my career to stay at home and raise our boys with my amazing husband who is also my college sweetheart (cue smooching sounds). Our boys are teenagers now and prefer to stay off my social media feeds so you’ll rarely see them. I think they’re both pretty cool kids and I enjoy spending time with them and watching them grow into amazing humans.

168…

Several years ago I read an article that most people, especially busy women, unknowingly put 168 chemicals and toxins ON or IN their bodies every single day. I was shocked. Stunned. I went on to learn that the products that are labeled “safe,” “natural,” “fragrance free,” “safe for sensitive skin,” are anything but. Companies can write almost anything on their labels whether or not it’s true. The US allows over 80,000 chemicals to be manufactured in our everyday products. Canada and Europe ban many more but still have a ways to go.

It was then that I first started to connect the dots to things that my family and I were dealing with. Things like:

Headaches

Allergies

Respiratory & Digestive Issues

Even my own fertility issues (just to name a few!)

Looking back, that’s really when my mission started. I didn’t realize it at the time, but today it’s clear that my mission is to help you ditch the toxins and switch to natural options.

The simplest way that I know of to detoxify your home and body, the way that saves you time and money and the way that I’ve taught 100’s of busy women just like you, is by using essential oils. I work with doTERRA because they are the purest, safest and most effective essential oils on the market.

My family and I have been using doTERRA essential oils for over 7 years. I quickly fell in love with the products and started sharing them with others. I am continually impressed with what these “gifts of the earth” can do for our physical, emotional and mental wellness and how they help us to reduce our toxic-load (a topic I am passionate about!) and help us to simplify our lives by ditching harmful products and switching to safe, natural, plant-based alternatives, while saving us time and money.

I currently lead an international team of amazing doTERRA Wellness Advocates who help people with their health. Our mission is to educate others about the benefits of toxin-free living and to share how easy it is to integrate essential oils into everyday life.

If you’re curious to learn more about doTERRA for your health and wealth, I’d love to connect. I’m still that same little kindergarten girl who wants to welcome you into our wellness community!

In my free time I like to hike, sail, shop, practice yoga (because I need all the practice I can get), read a good book (please share your favorite titles) and hang out with my family. We’re also volunteer puppy raisers with the non-profit organization Guide Dogs for the Blind and I love helping to raise incredible dogs who are also on a mission to help people.
