Hi there!

A Bit About Me:

I’m not shy.

I never really have been. As the third kid (and the baby of the family) my older sister was always putting me up to stuff that she was too uncomfortable to do. She would say: “Cindy, go ask the ice cream man if he’ll give us another cone,” “Cindy, ask mom if we can have a sleep over,” or “Cindy, call for pizza delivery.” I should really thank her, since because of her shyness, I became brave in front of people.

I signed up for acting lessons when I was in elementary school and loved performing in all types of musicals. I acted a bit in college too and was hired for training videos and commercials. In college I was a pre-law major,  but now looking back, I think I really just wanted to play a lawyer on TV. My cross-examinations would have been epic with a lot of dramatic pauses and power suits!

I never went to law school.

Instead I found a different path. I have an extensive background in training & development, corporate consulting, and sales. Those careers enabled me to ‘perform’ in front of people. I had information to share or a product to sell and I did those things very well. I also got a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership because I really loved everything about coaching, supporting and helping others reach their potential. But more on that in a bit…

Then, I had a couple of kids and was lucky enough to put a pause on my career to stay at home and raise our boys with my amazing husband who is also my college sweetheart (cue smooching sounds).

In my free time I like to hike, sail, shop, read a good book (please share your favorite titles) and hang out with my family.

A few years ago I was introduced to doTERRA essential oils where I fell in love with the products and started sharing them with others. I currently lead a team of amazing people and create sales and training content. You can find more information here:

As a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, I promote my products in-person and on-line. Having an on-line presence means creating Live and pre-recorded videos which was fun and easy for me. Others started to take notice and asked me for help. So, I created a workshop full of tips and tricks and an opportunity to work one-on-one with me to practice what you learn in the workshop.

I really do love everything about coaching, supporting and helping others reach their potential. That’s where you come in. If you’d like help getting more comfortable speaking or presenting in front of the camera so that you can record videos and do LIVE videos with confidence and ease (and have fun at the same time!) then I would love to connect with you. Video Coaching

P.S. And, I offer a money back guarantee. Yup, you don’t pay a dime if you’re not satisfied. Period. Because that’s what I’d want you to do for me if our roles were reversed.

Behind the Scenes. I wanted to share this picture because one of my favorite mottos these days is “done is better than perfect!” I don’t have access to my home office right now (it’s a loooong story!) but I didn’t want that to stop me from helping others through my Video Coaching programs. So, I set up shop in the master bathroom. Yup, the door behind me is the potty and the sink counter gets cleared off for the ring light. My hope is that by sharing this picture you will feel more comfortable trying hard things and believing that anything is possible…even from the bathroom!
